About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a switched-on Team Leader to provide strong, positive leadership to our team of skilled equipment refurbishment technicians. Workshop based, this is a Monday to Friday role located in Airport Oaks.
You’ll be responsible for leading, motivating, and continuing the ongoing development of the team, monitor productivity, plan and schedule work effectively, and ensure technicians have the skills, tools, and resources needed for team success.
With a strong focus on quality control and continuous improvement, this role plays a key part in optimising processes and resources to achieve operational objectives. You’ll thrive driving high levels of quality refurbishment performance while fostering a positive, safe, and supportive team culture.
