We’re looking for motivated and organised Coordinators to join our busy team based in Airport Oaks, Auckland. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the connection between our clients and whānau, and our field-based technicians — ensuring servicing and repair visits are scheduled efficiently and delivered with exceptional customer care.

About the Role

As part of our Client Support team, you will:

  • Coordinate and schedule servicing and repair visits for technicians
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Provide outstanding client-centric service to clients and whānau
  • Support technicians with accurate scheduling and administrative assistance
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and fast-moving team environment
  • Ensure all information is recorded accurately within CRM systems and databases

This is a busy and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and making a positive difference through excellent service. Your strong admin and scheduling skills and compassionate manner will be key to your success.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in administration, customer service, and scheduling/coordinating technicians or tradespeople
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, customer-focused approach
  • The ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate new processes and information
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of the wider Auckland region would be an advantage
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a genuine “can-do” approach
  • A positive, empathetic, and enthusiastic personality that builds rapport easily with others
