
Renewals and Quoting Coordinator
Job Description
The Renewals & Quoting Coordinator provides administrative and quoting support for renewals and new deals. Responsible for managing case entries, gathering client data, and building proposals under the direction of a Specialist or Lead. Ensures accuracy and timeliness in Salesforce, Sherpa, and CPLC processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Enter renewal and proposal data into Sherpa and CPLC.
- Support reps with quoting tools and discount templates.
- Monitor Salesforce cases and assist with documentation.
- Prepare outreach materials and follow up on renewal timelines.
- Organize client device data, usage history, and pricing information.
- Schedule renewal meetings and coordinate internal communications.
- Develop knowledge of company products and services, Marco sales processes, markets, trends, competitors, and clients to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree or two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Natural aptitude for outcome-based reasoning.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients.
- Self-starter, ability to plan and implement sales strategy with limited supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activity.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities.

- Proficient with business collaboration tools including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and company specific programs.
Pay Range: $20.30 - $30.50 hourly
