This role is a high-impact opportunity to define and scale the renewals function for a fast-growing SaaS security product line. You will take ownership of a critical revenue stream, ensuring strong gross and net revenue retention while transforming renewals from a reactive process into a proactive, value-driven motion. Acting as the first dedicated hire in this function, you will build the frameworks, playbooks, and operational standards that shape how renewals are executed across the business. The position requires strong commercial instincts, deep SaaS experience, and the ability to balance retention, pricing strategy, and long-term customer value. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success while also leveraging offshore support and automation tools to scale efficiently. This is a highly autonomous role with executive visibility, designed for someone who thrives in building structure from ambiguity and driving measurable revenue impact.
