The role spans US and international markets, requiring a strong grasp of regional talent landscapes and global hiring dynamics. You will be responsible for building scalable pipelines for senior and niche technical talent while ensuring a high-quality, consistent candidate experience. This is a fast-paced, AI-native organization where experimentation, adaptability, and continuous learning are core expectations.
