The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver hiring outcomes across Vinarchy’s global business—while improving how we attract, assess and select talent.
This is a hands-on role, not just a leadership position. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across regions and functions while partnering closely with HR and business leaders to lift hiring quality, build pipelines, and bring more structure to how we hire.
You’ll play a key role in guiding a small TA team - setting priorities, driving consistency, and lifting capability, while continuing to own delivery yourself. This isn’t a traditional people manager role, but it does require someone who can provide direction, bring others with them, and strengthen how the team operates day to day.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across regions and functions
- Deliver high-volume and seasonal hiring (including vintage campaigns)
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key roles
- Partner with HR and leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Set direction and prioritise work across a small TA team to ensure delivery against business needs
- • Provide day-to-day guidance, support and coaching to lift capability and consistency Improve hiring quality through better assessment and decision-making
- Use data and insights to track performance and improve outcomes
- Strengthen recruitment processes, governance and tools (SuccessFactors)
About You
- Proven experience in talent acquisition across multiple functions and regions
- Comfortable owning delivery while influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgement
- Experience improving hiring processes and capability
- Able to use data and market insight to inform decisions
- Practical, hands-on, and outcome-focused
