Director, Engineering

This is a senior leadership position that blends strategic vision with hands-on technical execution, requiring close collaboration with Product, Finance, and Engineering leadership. You will be responsible for shaping engineering direction, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and driving execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
