Job Description:
Manage materials from receipt through storage.
Check delivery notes by comparing them with shipping receipts.
Load and unload required materials or products onto trucks or into loading/unloading areas, either manually or using mechanical equipment.
Ensure timely picking and order fulfillment to support the production process, making sure that all production orders are picked, prepared, and correctly identified in an accurate and timely manner.
Determine the optimal load configuration for both warehouse storage areas and trucks, taking into account factors such as weight, dimensions, center of gravity, and delivery sequence.
Record material transactions related to the release of work orders.
Ensure accurate entry of all inventory-related transactions in SAP to support the production process, including postings for issued and received materials.
Requirements, knowledge, and skills:
Plus 1-2 years experience in a general factory, warehouse, inventory or industrial environment with a minimum of six (6) months experience using a variety of measurement tools/devices.
Requires ability to read numbers and text accurately, learn to use inventory system and computer terminal, and learn to operate material moving equipment, including forklifts and related machinery.
Must have current drivers license and good driving record.
Basic PC skills (SAP, internal programs).
Manual dexterity.
Ability print and scan label (barcode)
Ability to work in a team.
