40% - Research Writing & Content Development
  • Write and edit research-based content for web, reports, blogs, and promotional materials
  • Translate complex research, assessment, and technical information into accessible, audience-centered messaging
  • Collaborate with researchers and project teams to develop accurate, compelling content
  • Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and style across materials
25% - Communications Strategy & Project Support
  • Support development and execution of communications plans aligned with organizational priorities
  • Contribute to messaging frameworks, campaigns, and content calendars
  • Partner with internal teams to align communications with project goals and deliverables
  • Track and assess content performance to inform future strategy
15% - Social Media & Digital Communications
  • Develop and manage social media content, with emphasis on professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Draft and schedule posts/packages that promote research, events, and organizational initiatives
15% - General Communications Support
  • Assist with website updates, email communications, and basic marketing materials
  • Provide editing and quality control for internal and external communications
  • Support events and other communications-related activities as needed
5% - Other duties as assigned.
