Lead Engineer - Mandarin Bilingual

Key Responsibilities
 

• Translation & Interpretation: Translate documents, emails, tickets, and presentations from Mandarin to English and vice versa. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings and calls.
• Communication Bridge: Facilitate communication between departments (e.g., R&D, operations, customer service) to ensure project alignment.
• Customer/Client Support: Handle inquiries, disputes, or service requests from Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to quality assurance by identifying gaps in communication and suggesting improvements

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical and Electrical preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or translation 
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Engineer should work on cleanroom environment 

· Good exposure for semiconductor clean room.
