Job Description
You are the "go-to" person for residents, guests and team members who have questions or need assistance. Position involves general receptionist duties. The candidate must have an outgoing, warm, friendly personality with strong customer service, communication and time management skills. This position requires professional appearance and demeanor. Must have the ability to stay calm in emergency situations. Must be able to work independently. Position available for every other weekend or every weekend,
Saturday & Sunday, 2:00pm-10:00pm Ideal candidate:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel
Be able to multitask
Enjoy working with the elderly
Other Requirements:
Customer service experience required.
Must be dependable and display a positive attitude.
