Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive, Business Development to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of ticket sales for Player 15 Group, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives. What You Will Do: Proactively generate season ticket and membership revenue across all Player 15 Group properties through outbound sales efforts including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations Consistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and sales activity minimum standards Create tailored membership packages and experiences that align with client needs and drive long-term value and retention Identify and prospect new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, networking events, and market research Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while tracking all activity using internal system (e.g., CRM, etc.) Attend games and events to host clients, build relationships, and identify upsell and referral opportunities Support department-wide initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in membership strategy Perform other duties as assigned by leadership What We Need from Our Account Executive, Business Development: Coachable, collaborative, and driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to individual and team success Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for relationship building Comfortable with cold calling, in-person meetings, and event hosting Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficient in Ticketmaster Archtics, Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Strong desire to grow a career in sports ticket sales and service Experience/ Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of sales experience (ticket sales, B2B, fundraising, or hospitality sales preferred) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays What You Can Expect: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by Account Executive, Business Development to optimally perform the essential functions of this role.
