This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Business Development – Mergers & Acquisitions based in the United States.

This is a senior-level corporate development and M&A leadership role focused on driving inorganic growth strategy within a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition and partnership opportunities that align with long-term strategic objectives. You will play a central role in shaping market expansion strategy, building proprietary deal pipelines, and cultivating relationships with key industry stakeholders, including owners, brokers, and investment intermediaries. The role requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on deal execution capability from sourcing through closing. You will also act as a key driver of cross-functional alignment, ensuring diligence and decision-making are effectively coordinated across internal teams and external partners.
