What You Will Deliver
- CRM & Lifecycle Optimization: Analyze customer touchpoints to optimize the user journey, leveraging data to improve CRM effectiveness, re-activation rates, and long-term engagement.
- LTV Frameworks: Build and refine Lifetime Value (LTV) models to help the team understand the long-term health of our demand side and justify acquisition/retention spend.
- Demand Dynamics: Extract and analyze data to identify growth levers, demand-side shifts, and market opportunities that guide commercial and growth strategy.
- Incentive & Promo Efficiency: Evaluate the impact of discounts, loyalty programs, and targeted offers on cohort behavior to ensure we are driving "good" growth rather than just temporary spikes.
- Cohort & Retention Analysis: Deep-dive into cohort performance to assess retention patterns, revenue efficiency, and the "stickiness" of different user segments.
- Strategic Modeling & Dashboards: Develop practical models for demand forecasting and build functional dashboards that track CRM KPIs and demand health in real-time.
- Collaborative Insights: Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to translate data into actionable experiments (A/B testing) that move the needle on unit economics.
- Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Business Analytics, CRM/Lifecycle Analytics, Growth, or Commercial Insights.
- LTV Specialist: Familiar with retention metrics and the mechanics of how CRM activities influence Lifetime Value and CAC payback periods.
- Technical Toolkit: Mandatory proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; experience building functional dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- AI-Forward: Eager to use AI-assisted tools to speed up data processing and uncover deeper behavioral patterns.
- Commercial Mindset: Strong problem solver who understands marketplace dynamics and can tell a story with data.
- Communication: Clear communicator in English and Cantonese who can simplify complex lifecycle data for stakeholders.
