This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, storytelling, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on video and podcast growth.
You will lead end-to-end multimedia content initiatives across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social channels, shaping how audiences discover and engage with the brand.
The position requires both creative direction and analytical thinking, balancing production execution with data-driven optimization.
You will work closely with editors, designers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-impact content delivery across platforms.
A key part of your impact will be transforming long-form content into engaging, platform-specific assets that drive reach and retention.
