The Senior CSCA plays a key role in conducting third-party audits, assessing workplace practices, and determining compliance against established social responsibility and ethical sourcing standards. You will lead and support audit teams while ensuring high-quality, consistent, and objective audit outcomes. The position requires strong judgment in interpreting audit evidence and making certification recommendations based on rigorous evaluation. Operating in a highly mobile and international environment, you will engage directly with client sites across diverse industries.
