Federal Account Director, Northeast Region
Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Federal Account Director, Northeast Region based in the United States.
This role is a senior, field-based commercial leadership position focused on expanding access to oncology therapies within key U.S. federal healthcare systems. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans across major federal customers, including VA, DoD, IHS, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Acting as a trusted partner to complex healthcare organizations, you will build long-term relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders while navigating market access pathways. The role requires deep expertise in federal contracting and oncology commercialization, as well as the ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams to remove barriers to patient access. You will collaborate closely with sales, market access, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of national and regional strategies. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and execution excellence directly contribute to improving access to critical cancer therapies.
