This is a senior People Partner role acting as a strategic advisor and hands-on operator across key business functions, including GTM, Customer Support, and Finance. You will play a critical role in shaping people strategy while also directly executing core HR initiatives across employee relations, performance management, engagement, and leadership development. The role requires someone who can move fluidly between high-level strategic thinking and on-the-ground execution, building trust with employees at all levels. You will partner closely with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business goals, improve organizational effectiveness, and anticipate workforce risks before they emerge. In addition, you will help design scalable people systems, from performance frameworks to leveling structures, that enable consistent decision-making across the organization.
