What you’ll do…
• Serve as primary or secondary support for client conversions under the direction of the Conversion Supervisor
• Coordinate all aspects of transferring financial institutions from their current service provider to COCC systems
• Act as a liaison between clients and COCC throughout the conversion process
• Analyze existing client systems and product usage for conversion to the COCC INSIGHT system
• Interview clients to understand current functionality and operational needs
• Coordinate implementation of outside vendor interfaces and forms packages
• Test conversion related data, transactions, products, and reports
• Establish database information including system options, branch operations, and product setup
• Complete batch setup requirements using standardized conversion templates
• Support the data specification process by coordinating requirements and documenting client decisions
• Translate technical concepts and requirements into user friendly language during client training
• Update and document processes related to third party vendor interfaces
• Complete audit documentation, meeting minutes, and GAP tracking reports
• Encourage and educate clients on submitting enhancement requests
• Travel to client locations approximately 40 percent of the time
What you’ll bring…
• Bachelor’s degree preffered but will consider appropriate work and/or certifications
• Minimum of two years of banking experience in a back office or operations environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations
• Ability to explain procedures, concepts, and tasks clearly to others
• Ability to analyze information and formulate conclusions and recommendations
• Familiarity with data specification requirements
• Ability to translate technical information into user friendly language
• Knowledge of database query tools and financial services applications
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work with confidential non public customer information
• Ability to work some weekends, off hours, and weeks over 40 hours
• Ability to travel as required- travel is about 40%
Salary Range for this role is $68,494-$92,706 per year
