COCC is seeking an experienced Application Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail oriented, and comfortable supporting applications across their full lifecycle while partnering closely with both business users and technical teams. As a resource for internal business applications, our Web Programming team builds tools and automations for COCC teams that support the efficiencies of our products. This person will lead projects and mentor other team members in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do…
• Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams and analyze feature requests for new and existing applications
• Elicit and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into technical specifications
• Document application processes and procedures
• Manage and support multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment
• Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts and execute testing and track defects through resolution
• Participate in Agile and Scrum based development activities
What you’ll bring…
Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role; three or more years’ experience in a software development analyst role required
Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Intermediate knowledge of SQL and full understanding of the SDLC
Collaborative work style and eagerness to problem solve and navigate new challenges
The salary range for this job is $70600 - $105800. This is a hybrid position in Southington, CT
