This role is ideal for a customer focused professional who enjoys being the first point of contact for clients and takes pride in resolving issues efficiently. You will provide frontline support to client institutions while coordinating inquiry resolution within defined service level standards.

What you’ll do…
• Provide frontline customer support and coordinate issue resolution through phone, email and case support• Respond to inquiries on system use and operational procedures• Communicate expected timeframes for follow up and resolution• Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure final resolution and client communication meet service standards• Research issues using documentation, manuals, and industry resources• Troubleshoot routine issues and develop appropriate solutions• Participate in required training and cross training initiatives• Comply with COCC security policies and data protection standards• Share feedback and assist with team workload as needed
What you’ll bring…
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience• Strong customer service and communication skills; banking experience preferred
• Experience with technologies like API integration and software testing tools• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Ability to analyze information and explain concepts to others• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
The salary range for this job is $48110 - $65104. This is a hybrid position in Southington.
