This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Collections Team Manager based in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving the performance and evolution of a global collections function within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will lead and develop a team of collections specialists while actively contributing to complex, escalated accounts and strategic recovery efforts. The role blends hands-on execution with people leadership, requiring a strong balance of operational discipline and coaching capability. You will partner closely with Finance, Billing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve cash flow, reduce aged receivables, and strengthen customer payment experiences. In addition to day-to-day leadership, you will play a key role in identifying process gaps and implementing scalable improvements.
