The Brand & Creative Coordinator is responsible for protecting and strengthening the NOCO brand while leading the design and production of marketing materials that support internal and external initiatives.
In this role you will serve as NOCO’s primary brand steward and graphic designer - ensuring consistent, on-brand creative across print, digital/web, email campaigns, brochures, packaging, environmental design, and beyond. A successful candidate will be an organized and independent multi-tasker who can balance hands-on design work with coordinating creative projects across departments and agency partners. - Design and produce communications, presentations, and print materials for distribution across digital marketing, email marketing, and printed collateral
- Lead creative development of projects — from concept through production — including presenting creative concepts to key stakeholders and managing timelines
- Create marketing materials and graphics that consistently implement NOCO branding across all departments and divisions
- Develop shareable, visually engaging content to promote NOCO’s products and services across channels
- Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to brainstorm and conceptualize creative communications that meet project objectives
