Westbury Jeep is hiring an experienced Automotive Cashier / Service & Parts Clerk / Customer Service Representative to support our high-volume service department. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive dealerships, cashiering, billing, or administrative support.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit card, and check payments
• Reconcile repair orders, invoices, and daily transactions
• Maintain accurate service and parts documentation
• Close out open invoices and ensure accuracy
• Provide professional customer service and issue resolution
• Assist with phone coverage and internal coordination
• Support administrative functions for service & parts departments

🕒 Schedule Requirements

5-Day Work Week:

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

💰 Compensation

• $20.00 - 22.00 per hour based on experience

• Dealership experience preferred
• Experience in cash handling, billing, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
