Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned Subaru vehicle to fit their needs and budget.
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
Conduct vehicle presentations and product demonstrations.
Perform test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, rebates, financing options, and Subaru products.
Achieve individual and team sales goals.
Complete all necessary sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
Deliver vehicles and provide customers with a thorough orientation of their new purchase.
Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and repeat customers.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or business development experience is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
Goal-oriented and driven by performance-based compensation.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
