
FALL 2026 Construction Project Management Intern
Job Description
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in the commercial construction industry? Our Project Management Internship position offers the opportunity to learn directly from experienced Project Managers while supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects on-site. This role is perfect for students who want to build real-world skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Assist Project Managers with organizing and tracking project activities, schedules, and budgets.

Prepare meeting agendas, attend project meetings, and document minutes and action items.

Coordinate communications between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Monitor project progress against established plans, reporting issues or delays.

Support the preparation of project documentation, including status updates, change orders, and closeout reports.

Assist with material procurement and delivery coordination.

Conduct site visits to observe project progress and gain hands-on field experience.

Contribute to internal improvement initiatives related to project delivery and operations.

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Available to work during the Fall Semester (September through December)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
