Customer Service, Logistics & Demand Planning Assistant
Athens
The Customer Service, Logistics & Demand Planning Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily customer service, order management, and logistics operations. The position coordinates customer orders and deliveries end‑to‑end maintains high data accuracy within SAP S/4HANA, and acts as a key interface between the sales team, customers, warehouse operations, and transportation partners. Through proactive coordination, problem‑solving, and data analysis, the role ensures timely order fulfillment and supports demand planning activities.
Key responsibilities include
- Manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle in SAP S/4HANA, including order entry, confirmations, deliveries, shipments, and returns.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse operations and transportation partners to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Proactively track shipments, identify risks or delays, and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and sales teams regarding order status, deliveries, and service-related inquiries.
- Maintain high-quality logistics, shipping, and customer master data in SAP to ensure operational excellence and reporting accuracy.
- Support demand planning and continuous improvement initiatives through reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
What will make you successful
- Degree or comparable education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented working style in a fast-paced environment.
- Very good English skills and strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
