Job Description

About this Position The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Lifecycle Management. What you´ll do Serve as the point of contact for cluster operations, ensuring smooth day to day delivery by steering weekly cluster meetings and coordinating with stakeholders. Monitor performance quality, preparing weekly KPI updates and addressing time or accuracy issues across your cluster. Drive continuous improvements, contributing to digital initiatives and process enhancements identified through workshops and team feedback. Complete all assigned tickets within the guidelines and SLAs (hiring, transfers, promotions, salary increase, award payments, exits, HR letters, contract renewals, end of probation) while ensuring completeness of the workflow documents and manuals. Coordinate and execute the HR operational activities to ensure effective day-to-day tasks service delivery
