Corporate Accounts Manager
Position Overview / Summary
The Corporate Accounts Manager, Mailing Solutions will be responsible for directly
managing designated high-profile accounts with the primary focus on retention and
organic growth. They will be collaborating with Poly/Machinery operations, service, and to meet the customers GAP’s. They will also be working closely with the Inside Sales
Corporate account Representative and Technical Solutions Specialist with the goal of
achieving or exceeding the corporate accounts annual Poly and Machinery plan.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned AOP
Maintain and build relationships within assigned Key account end users (Operations - Maintenance, Packing, Purchasing, Service, Marketing, etc.)
Introduce and expand All Pregis product solutions
Develop relationships with local distribution representation partners at assigned
Key accounts
Interface with the Pregis mailing solutions Machinery Group, Poly Manufacturing,
Service and Finance teams on qualified Key account applications and sales
Travel frequently to established key account customer facilities
Demonstrate to ability to build rapport with both internal and external Pregis
personnel
Support and communicate on a regular basis with the Sr. Director of Sales - Mailing Solutions, Key Accounts
Plan, forecast, report on sales, and business performance according to company
requirements
Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy as required
Be a general resource to the company on materials, applications, and market
requests
Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about market and
competitor activity, pricing and tactics
Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Extensive experience (5+ years) value-selling protective packaging systems or a
similar industrial program sale
Proven track record of success closing high value end users
Skilled negotiator capable of managing conflict
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, guide and mentor indirect reports
Organized, with a proven track record of handling multiple opportunities and driving to a successful conclusion
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook,
Teams)
Strong listening and presentation skills via phone and video conference
Workforce Responsibility
Reports to Sr. Dir of Sales – Mailing Solutions, Corporate Accounts
Works closely with Mailing Solutions Corporate Accounts Team. Collaborate with Product Manager, Brand Manager, Inside Sales, Applications Engineering, and Service teams for the associated product lines.
Other qualifications
Travel: Approx. 30-50%.
