This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-growing SaaS environment, where you will be responsible for driving revenue performance, leading a team of Account Executives, and shaping outbound sales strategy. You will operate at the intersection of execution and leadership, balancing hands-on involvement in enterprise deals with the development and coaching of a high-performing sales team. The role requires strong commercial judgment, the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles, and a data-driven approach to pipeline and forecasting. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine positioning and improve conversion outcomes.
