This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling, high-growth organization where recruiting is treated as a core business driver rather than a support function. You will own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, including Engineering, Go-To-Market, and G&A, supporting both US and EMEA expansion. The position requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for building pipelines from scratch when needed and ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate expectations, and drive efficient, high-velocity hiring processes. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will have significant visibility and influence across the organization.
