This role is employed through RemoFirst, Proch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group.

What You Will Do As A Local Sales Agent I
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Input data accurately into software platforms
Upsell and promote products/services
Meet individual sales and performance metrics
Maintain a high level of customer service on all calls
Assist with on-the-job training for new contractors when needed
Follow guidelines for breaks and lunch breaks
Review internal communications daily via email or Slack
Perform email and call follow-up as specified by Team Leads
Participate in special projects assigned by management (such as role-playing, shadowing, other training needs, product testing)
Perform other related duties or projects, as assigned
What You Will Bring As A Local Sales Agent I
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of experience in sales
Leadership skills to help motivate and implement account accountability within team
Strong focus on process development/improvement in all areas tied to this department
Build processes and efficiencies to prevent limitations
Support organization’s overall vision, mission, values, strategic and financial goals
Act as a role model within the organization
Display flexibility by supporting all groups within PMG
Ability to work independently while maintaining creative thinking
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group
Monthly Salary: COP 3,000,000.00
Monthly incentive bonus: COP 2,250,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance
You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
