This role is employed through RemoFirst, Porch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group.

Claims Representatives perform a variety of functions that primarily involve customer service, assisting customers in submitting new claims requests and providing additional information based on determinations made, including queued call volume, ensuring that all customers receive assistance in the shortest amount of time possible.
What You Will Do As A Claims Representative
Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim.
Communicate home warranty information effectively.
Notate claim information accurately into the database.
Provide follow-up information to customers as needed.
What You Will Bring As A Claims Representative
Minimum high school diploma
3-4 years working in customer-facing roles required.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Extensive handyman/repair services experience.
Understanding of appliance diagnosis issues.
Excel Spreadsheet data entries.
Deal with escalated situations.
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group
Pay Range: COP 2,053,000.00 to COP 2,213,000.00 salary per month
Monthly incentive bonus: COP 175,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance
You will be eligible to receive incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
