Your Role:
As a Senior SAP Service & Transition Manager Public Sector (m/f/d), you play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery and successful transition of complex SAP services for our public sector clients. Your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and transition management is essential for overseeing the entire service lifecycle, from strategic planning to operational excellence.
You are responsible for managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), building strong stakeholder relationships, and applying ITIL best practices to drive efficiency and quality. A crucial aspect of this role is leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the public sector and your proven ability to de-escalate difficult and complex service situations to ensure stability and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:
In addition to solid knowledge and at least seven years of relevant experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and transition management, you bring extensive industry knowledge in the public sector. Further qualifications include:
- Proven practical knowledge of ITIL processes and their application
- Strong skills in stakeholder and SLA management, even in complex environments
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
- Familiarity with BSI IT-Grundschutz or similar public sector security standards
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate complex or critical service situations
- Business-fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
