🎯 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- 📋 Elaborar, implantar y hacer seguimiento de manuales APPCC
- 🎓 Impartir formaciones higiénico-sanitarias a equipos de trabajo
- 🤝 Asesorar técnicamente a clientes del sector HORECA y alimentario
- 🔍 Realizar auditorías e inspecciones de establecimientos
- 🧪 Coordinarte con el equipo de laboratorio y participar en la recogida de muestras
🎓 ¿Qué buscamos?
- Grado en Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos, Biología, Veterinaria o Farmacia
- También valoramos CFGS relacionados con seguridad alimentaria
- ✅ Elaboración e implantación de sistemas APPCC
- ✅ Auditorías higiénico-sanitarias
- ✅ Formación a trabajadores
- ✅ Legislación sanitaria y normativa alimentaria vigente
- 📍 Residencia en el sur de Tenerife
- 🚗 Carnet de conducir B y disponibilidad para desplazamientos
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, organización y orientación al cliente
