What’s the position?
We're looking for a Motion Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and storytelling. This role sits within our Video and Motion team and is focused on crafting compelling, high-impact motion content that resonates with our audience across every platform and touchpoint.
You won't just be making things move - you'll be making them matter. From scroll-stopping short-form content to polished brand moments, you'll bring the Hard Rock Digital world to life through motion. If you love exploring new creative territory, experimenting with formats, and building work that genuinely connects with people, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Create motion graphics and kinetic typography optimized for social, digital, and broadcast platforms across Sports and Casino markets.
Produce short-form video content designed to engage audiences, communicate brand value, and drive meaningful action.
Animate in-app UI screens and product flows to showcase features and value propositions in clear, compelling ways.
Add captions, music, sound design, and platform-native elements to maximize engagement and viewer retention.
Develop multiple creative variations to support testing, iteration, and continuous creative improvement.
Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate briefs and insights into fresh motion concepts.
Adapt and optimize assets across multiple formats and placements (9:16, 16:9, 4:5, 1:1) for platform-native execution.
Stay current with motion design trends, emerging formats, and the broader digital creative landscape to keep our output fresh and relevant.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting tight deadlines.
