Job Description

  What you will experience in this position: Administrative and organizational support: Organization of business travel (hotel and transport bookings, preparation of documents). Organization of company events (logistics, venue selection, participant registration, invoices). Management of protective clothing. Monitoring shipments and deliveries. Office and reception support: Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, parcels, documents). Greet visitors and customers as they enter, as well as answer the general phone line for the location. Maintaining the visitor logbook. Supplying the office with stationery, groceries, and cleaning products. Coordinating repairs and ongoing building maintenance– liaison with the external Maintenance Companies. Preparing conference rooms and providing on-site meeting support. You have: 1+ Years of previous work experience in a similar position. Good verbal and written English language skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office software. Skilled in managing multiple tasks, well-organized and detail-oriented. Knowledge of travel planning and event - is a plus. Good communicator, resilient, and team-oriented.
