In this role, you will join a global technical support team responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of a leading cloud-native security platform used by major enterprises worldwide. You will act as a deep technical problem solver, investigating complex issues across cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, while working closely with engineering and customer-facing teams. The role blends advanced troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure expertise, and security domain knowledge, with a growing emphasis on AI-driven automation to improve support efficiency. You will handle multi-domain challenges spanning Kubernetes, identity and access management, vulnerability scanning, and runtime protection. This is a highly technical, fast-paced environment where precision, curiosity, and ownership are essential. You will also contribute to improving support systems through automation and scalable workflows that enhance customer experience at global scale.
