SMB Incubation Operations Specialist - TikTok Local Services

With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of high-potential SMB sellers from onboarding through early activation, acting as the primary point of contact during the incubation phase
• Support sellers on operational readiness, platform policies, and execution fundamentals to remove blockers and drive early growth
• Run scalable incubation initiatives, including educational content and mass activation programs, to accelerate seller activation and adoption
• Segment early-stage sellers by profile and readiness, applying targeted incubation strategies to maximize impact
• Track seller progress, activation metrics, and handover readiness, ensuring smooth transition to Account Strategists for continued growth
• Own channel management and seller communications, maintaining timely guidance, updates, and support throughout the incubation process

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• 3+ years of experience in SMB account management/seller incubation
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple sellers and programs simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to guide and support sellers
• Comfortable tracking metrics and monitoring performance to ensure sellers achieve activation and growth milestones
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must in order to communicate with the global and local sales team.
