Senior Consultant - IT Controls Assurance

The impact you’ll make:
As a Senior Consultant you will make considerable impacts within our team and to our clients. Through your daily actions which include,
- Working alongside your project team, internal subject matter experts and different leaders. We work on a flat structure, so you will get the opportunity to work with lots of different people across the country (and in some cases, our colleagues overseas).
- Leading fieldwork and delivering IT audits across a range of industries and clients, supporting engagement mangers with the preparation of reports to management and c-suite.
- Coaching and developing our junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
- Getting into the details of a business and their IT operations - understanding how they operate, what their priorities are, and identifying where they could be exposed to IT risk.
- Developing solutions on how to improve processes. Your voice and opinion matters, there is always more than one way to solve a problem.
Your expertise:
Bring your expertise in IT Controls Assurance and see what impact you can make,
- 4+ years IT audit experience that should include general IT controls, automated controls, and service auditor reporting (preferably from Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm).
- Relevant professional accreditation (e.g., CISA, CA).
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of IT audit findings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to identify IT control issues and risks, develop and implement solutions to enhance system security and changes to improve financial processes.
- Written and verbal communication excellence to effectively present IT audit findings, recommendations, and risk assessments.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
- Experience with relevant IT systems and coding formats (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, SQL, Java)
