The Product Marketing Manager within the Commercial Fire business unit at KGS develops and markets a comprehensive product portfolio to protect buildings, people and assets, as a part of global brands, including Edwards and Kidde Commercial. This role collaborates with regional sales leaders, MarCom and Product Management teams.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and drive product strategy for the Edwards and Kidde Commercial UL range in EMEA region.
Deliver product performance and business analysis to support the local business and global product teams.
Conduct regular Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer survey to understand the Product Gaps and communicate findings to the global product team.
Ensuring correct Pricing and Positioning of the products.
Driving Product knowledge and competence to internal team and customers, by organizing regular product trainings on Fire, across branches through Technical Team and directly to partners.
Competition and Market pricing Analysis.
Managing the entire Product life cycle from Strategic Planning to Successful launch of new products to drive revenue, gross margin and market share.
Product presentations to the Key End-Users/consultants in coordination with the Sales Team.
Drives new product launches by working with the Marketing Communications team for creating awareness among customers and sales team.
Supporting Product Roadshows.
Literature Management.
Basic qualifications:
University Degree (or equivalent).
5+ years of product management / product marketing experience in a B2B environment.
Knowledge of Fire Alarm Industry (or similar).
Multilingual with strong English skills; Arabic language is a must.
Preferred qualifications:
Commercial Fire experience will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills to effectively and proactively communicate across different functional teams, customers and global internal stakeholders in a matrix environment
Excellent teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
The ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales and product management is of particular importance.
True ownership mentality, effective organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently to deliver business results.
