Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Full‑Time Server to join our Dining Services team. In this role, you will help deliver an outstanding dining experience for residents and guests by providing efficient, friendly service.
Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents and guests in our dining venues, taking orders and delivering meals with a positive attitude.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately to enter orders and process payments.
• Perform cashier duties, including handling cash, credit transactions, and balancing the register.
• Restock and maintain dining room and service stations (e.g., silverware, condiments, beverages).
• Assist in setting up dining areas, bussing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, orderly environment.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
• Prior experience with POS systems in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality service.
