Overnight Camp Seasonal Maintenance Tech

Join our team as an Overnight Camp Maintenance Technician, where you’ll play a critical role in keeping camp operations running safely and smoothly for campers and staff.   This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful outdoor setting while supporting facilities that create lifelong memories for youth.   Camp Season dates: 6/28/2026 – 8/22/2026 with pre camp training beforehand Pay rate: $350 per week, room and board included   What You’ll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs across camp facilities (cabins, dining halls, program spaces, grounds) Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner Support opening and closing of camp, including seasonal setup Assist with groundskeeping, including mowing, trail upkeep, and general landscaping Ensure facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Collaborate with camp leadership to prioritize maintenance needs   What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of general maintenance, facilities, or trades experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions   Why You’ll Love This Role Work in a scenic, outdoor camp environment Be part of a mission-driven team supporting youth development Gain diverse, hands-on facilities experience Opportunity for seasonal housing and meals (if applicable) Build meaningful relationships with staff and the camp community
