You will act as a trusted senior advisor to engineering teams and technical leaders, guiding how telemetry data is designed, structured, and operationalized to drive meaningful insights and business outcomes. The role blends deep technical expertise with strong communication and mentoring skills, requiring close collaboration with customers across engineering, SRE, and leadership functions. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, solving both technical and organizational challenges in high-scale environments. A key part of the role involves shaping observability strategy, improving instrumentation practices, and enabling long-term telemetry governance.
