Role Summary

[Core Goals]
1. Deliver the customer's cargo safely to the time/place desired by a customer through Logistics Transportation.
2. Analyze pending issues and inefficiencies in Logistics Transportation., and standardize/actualize processes and systems to strengthen business competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. [Logistics Transport Strategy Establishment] Prepare an Logistics Transportation service/operation master strategy.
2. [Design of Logistics Transport Operation System] Perform identifying the status of As-Is process/logistics/transport volume for Logistics Transportation operating system design.
3. [Logistics CAPA Operation] Check available LSP(Logistics Service Provider) by route, and detailed schedules for each LSP(Logistics Service Provider) and possible CAPA.
4. [Logistics Fare Management] Carry out payment and billing according to the paid fare (AP fare: fare paid by Logistics Service Provider) and billed fare (AR fare: fare charged to customer).
5. [Logistics Transport Operation] Operate Logistics Transportation in accordance with the process and SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).
6. [Discovering Innovative Tasks for Logistics Transportation] Perform the derivation of issues based on logistics status data.
