Job Description
Objective of job
1. Translation of Business Requirements into AI Solutions
Translate business requirements and operational needs into practical AI and digital solutions. Define technical requirements, support implementation planning, and contribute to business improvement through effective solution delivery.
2. AI Solution Development and Implementation
Develop and implement AI solutions by defining methods, clarifying requirements, and supporting integration into business processes. Provide professional input, documentation, and implementation support to promote effective and sustainable application.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Cooperate with business departments, IT, and relevant stakeholders to align requirements, address implementation topics, and support the rollout of AI initiatives in business operations.
4. Evaluation of Technical Options
Assess AI technologies, digital tools, and implementation options in line with business needs and use cases. Recommend appropriate technical approaches and support the adaptation and deployment of suitable solutions.
5. Compliance & Governance
Support implementation activities in line with relevant data protection, security, risk, and compliance requirements. Help ensure that AI solutions and related processes follow internal standards and applicable regulations during rollout and use.
Main tasks
1 Translation of Business Requirements into AI Solutions
•Translate business priorities into AI use cases, functional requirements, and technical inputs for implementation.
•Coordinate implementation activities for AI initiatives with relevant business and technical stakeholders.
•Track milestones, follow up on open topics, and support the resolution of implementation issues.
•Prepare status updates on implementation progress, business impact, and improvement requirements.
2 AI Solution Development and Implementation
•Analyze business requirements and technical feasibility to define appropriate AI solution approaches.
•Develop solution concepts, workflows, and implementation steps for business application.
•Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders on integration, infrastructure, and data-related requirements.
•Document solution logic, implementation standards, and key technical considerations for future reference and reuse.
3 Technology Assessment and Use Case Support
•Assess AI tools, platforms, and use cases based on business value, usability, and implementation feasibility.
•Support pilot activities and proof-of-concepts, collect feedback, and propose follow-up actions for implementation.
•Monitor the status of relevant AI initiatives, pilot activities, and solution deployments.
•Identify improvement opportunities based on implementation feedback and business usage.
4 User Support and Adoption
•Support business users during rollout through guidance, training, and practical application support.
•Prepare user materials, guidance documents, and usage standards to support implementation and adoption.
•Collect user feedback, identify adoption barriers, and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.
5 Governance, Data Protection and Compliance Support
•Support implementation activities in accordance with AI governance, data protection, and compliance requirements.
•Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that security, regulatory, and policy requirements are considered during solution implementation and use.
Qualification
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Relevant experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or technology-driven business initiatives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
Specific knowledge
•Good written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin and English.
•Good understanding of AI technologies, tools, and business applications.
