- Compensation Range: $22 - $28 / hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Process and research parts including orders, including post, pick, & invoice.
- Contact customers awaiting responses to problems (follow-up).
- Create purchase orders, receive, and distribute accordingly.
- Update and expedite backorders with vendors
- Communicate order updates to internal and external customers
- Daily and monthly reporting.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Additional duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school or GED equivalent
- Forklift knowledge preferred
- Mechanical aptitude highly preferred
- Customer focused communication skills required
- Basic math skills
- Effectively prioritize and shift between tasks based on operational needs.
- Ability to work well with team and with other departments
