Job Description

Strategic Consulting & Client Leadership

  • Strategic Architect: Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, designing and leading initiatives that drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation.
  • Client Engagement: Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders; translate complex challenges into actionable, high-impact strategies.
  • Responsive Strategist: Listen deeply to client needs, develop bespoke frameworks, work breakdown structures, execution plans, and workstream outcomes aligned to stated and unstated priorities.
  • Engagement Leader: Own the engagement plan end-to-end, managing cross-functional alignment, milestones, risks, and delivery quality.

AI-Driven Delivery & Transformation

  • AI-Augmented Analysis: Leverage large language models, AI-assisted research platforms, and automation tools to accelerate market analysis, benchmarking, insight synthesis, and document production.
  • Agentic Workflow Design: Apply and advocate for agentic AI workflows — multi-step AI task orchestration — to automate repeatable consulting processes such as competitive landscape scans, data triangulation, and draft generation.Q
  • AI Transformation Leadership: Lead client-facing AI strategy engagements including AI readiness, use-case roadmaps, governance frameworks, and AI solutions (automation, predictive analytics, GenAI).
  • Responsible AI Advocacy: Embed responsible AI principles — fairness, transparency, explainability, data privacy — into AI advisory work and delivery practices.
  • Digital & Technology Strategy: Architect digital transformation strategies integrating AI, cloud platforms, data infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

Insight Generation & Thought Leadership

  • Insight Synthesizer: Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, benchmarking, and capability gap evaluations to generate strategic insights.
  • Innovation Scout: Identify AI-driven innovation opportunities and assess implications on business models, operations, and customer experience.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to frameworks, methodologies, POVs, and represent the firm at industry forums on AI strategy and digital transformation.
  • Business Case Development: Build data-driven business cases for transformation initiatives and present to executive audiences.

Practice Development & Collaboration

  • Methodology Innovator: Develop AI-forward consulting frameworks, accelerators, prompt libraries, AI protocols, and reusable templates.
  • Collaboration Champion: Work in multidisciplinary teams across technology, design, data, and strategy.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Manage client relationships, ensure communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
  • Talent Mentorship: Coach junior consultants in AI tools, frameworks, and engagement best practices.

Experience & Education

  • 10+ years in management consulting, strategy, or digital transformation roles.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional client engagements from strategy through execution.
  • Industry expertise in retail, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree highly preferred.

AI & Technology Fluency

  • Proficiency with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) for consulting delivery.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and AI tool orchestration.
  • Ability to design enterprise AI strategies including use-case prioritisation, ROI modeling, data readiness, and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Experience with digital transformation technologies: cloud, APIs, data infrastructure, RPA + AI, customer experience platforms.

Consulting Skills & Competencies

  • Structured thinking: problem decomposition, hypothesis-driven analysis, and executive storytelling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Asana, Miro, etc.).
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Continuous learning mindset focused on AI and industry disruption.
  • Relevant certifications (AI, PMP, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ for client engagements

 

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 64,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 224,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
