This role sits at the intersection of sales engineering, customer strategy, and technical solution design within a fast-scaling AI-native SaaS environment. As a Strategic Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to both prospective and existing enterprise customers, helping them understand, evaluate, and implement complex workflow and productivity solutions. You will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and deliver tailored proof-of-value experiences that demonstrate measurable impact. This is a highly consultative and client-facing role requiring strong technical fluency, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. You will also play a key role in shaping how customers adopt AI-driven workflows and integrations across their organizations.
