Roving Marine Safety Auditor

This is a field-intensive maritime safety role focused on ensuring vessel compliance with international safety standards and company regulations across a global fleet. You will conduct onboard audits across multiple vessel locations, assessing operational safety practices, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to frameworks such as SOLAS, IMO, and the ISM Code. The role requires extensive travel and hands-on engagement with vessel crews, making it both highly dynamic and operationally critical. You will play a key role in strengthening safety culture across the fleet by providing actionable insights, recommendations, and follow-up support. Strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure environments are essential.
